Hon. John Martin Retires; Hon. Linda McGee Chief Judge
The Associated Press informs that Judge John Martin, the Chief Judge of the North Carolina Court of Appeals announced his decision to retire in a few weeks, and will retire on August 1. Judge Linda McGee will take his seat.
